Making Eau de Parfum pratical
There are no hard-and-fast rules in mixing scents. Always remember to take note of your measurements because you never can tell what recipe will turn out to be your best seller.
For 1litre of perfume , use
30% fragrance oils
5% distilled water
5% propylene glycol
60% odorless alcohol (ethanol)
Coloring is optional
100mls Cool macho -Perfume 1
25mls blue water fragrance oil
5mls orange fragrance oil
5mls propylene glycol
5mls distilled water
60mls ethanol
Note. Pass your final mixture through a sieve before pouring into the perfume bottle.
Allow your mixture to stay longer, swirl and take note of changes in the aroma, with time the scents combine better, giving you a slightly different result.
Store your fragrance in Amber bottles and keep them away from heat and sunlight.
